Data Entry, The ugly face! Is there a solution

I have been applying for postgraduate studies lately, excited with each opportunity, scholarship, or even the idea of my capability to apply to some "classic" universities,, call me a spam or child but I'm telling you it feels good!

Each one of them, asking you to fill every single detail about your life, your personal data, studies and employment data! and then for any further process ATAS or visa applications I have to do this all over again :@ after couple of applications my joy started to wear off, I saw myself like an idiot dummy machine willing to repeat itself over and over again.

The thing is, this not just for university applications, the same process apply for bank accounts opening, hospital registration files, simple sign up for a website and the list is too long to narrow.

Inspired by this, I suggest building a program, web account, or simple XML file whereby we can write all our information in a good mood and like I'm doing this once and for all, organize them, do justice to every part of your life, studies, contact addresses and employment data. As if you are writing your C.V. and update this whenever needed. Up to this point I'm sure there is plenty of programs and websites and we can start form them no need to develop new one!

The main point is to fill all web forms using those ready data. In other words having control over any web page from user-side programs, or maybe to develop a filling website. In this case it will match all my details with the website requirements and fill the form from my original C.V. Afterwards, the user can quickly revise and submit his data.

Up to my modest knowledge, there is no such a thing. I'm suggesting this to whoever wants to implement this idea. I only have one condition, please send me one as a gift :D

If the idea is already existing, please don't hesitate to tell about it, this will ease my problems, and make me more childish :)
